What should I bring to my first snowboard lesson?

Waterproof jacket and pants over warm layers, gloves or mittens, one pair of snowsport socks, a helmet and goggles, sun protection, water and a snack. Check whether your lesson includes rental equipment and a lift ticket.

Do I need to rent equipment before my first lesson?

Most beginners rent a board, boots and helmet. Reserve them in advance if the rental shop allows it, and collect them early so staff can check the fit.

How early should I get to the resort before my first lesson?

Early enough to park, check in, collect and fit your rental gear and walk to the meeting point without rushing. Ski schools often state a recommended arrival time in the booking confirmation, so use that as your guide, and add extra time if roads are snowy or it is a weekend or holiday.

Does my checklist save automatically?

Yes. Your ticks are saved in this browser on this device. They are not sent anywhere, and you can reset them at any time.
